Walang magaganap na Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show ngayong taon.
Kinansela ng L Brands, ang parent company ng lingerie retailer, ang 2019 show bilang bahagi raw ng move ng kumpanya to “evolve the marketing of Victoria’s Secret.”
“Given the decline in performance at Victoria’s Secret, we have substantially pulled back on capital investment in that business while we focus on ensuring that our merchandise resonates with customers,” saad ng L Brands sa USA Today report.
“Fashion is a business of change. We must evolve and change to grow. With that in mind, we have decided to re-think the traditional Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show,” sabi naman ni L Brands CEO Les Wexner.
Sa nakalipas na mga taon kasi, pasama nang pasama ang publicity ng show.
Bumaba rin ang audience nito noong 2018 show, na nangalahati raw ayon sa Nielsen.
