Balik alindog ang aktres na si Michelle Madrigal sa taong ito.
Sa kanyang latest na Instagram post, pinakita niya ang resulat ng kanyang daily workout routine para maibalik ang dating katawan niya.
Inamin noon ni Michelle na nahirapan siyang bumalik sa dati ang katawan niya after ipanganak ang daughter nila ng mister niyang si Troy Woolfolk na si Anika noong November 2017.
Nakahanap ng tamang workout si Michelle at ito ay ginagawa niya four times a week. High interval intensity training ito para sa mga tulad niyang moms na nasa edad na 30’s.
“The progress is real!!! (Hello quads) Now, this didn’t happen overnight…. 1 year of consistently training from weight loss to gaining muscle mass. It has been a great journey of learning how to properly fuel my body and doing the exercises that works best for me.
“Was I always motivated? Heck NO!!!! But I wanted to feel great and look good in bikinis and crop tops lol On a serious note, I had a GOAL of getting back into my pre baby weight… and once I hit that, I set a new one and that it so build muscle mass around my legs, glutes & back. I knew how I WANTED to feel about my body.
“In order to get new results, you’ll have to do something you’ve never done before. I used to do cardio, boot camp with ‘lightweights’ because I was afraid to ‘bulk up.’
Ilang months pa lang bago mag-summer pero bikini-ready na si Michelle at handa na itong irampa ang kanyang seksing katawan.
