“…meanwhile I fired off a diplomatic protest yesterday,” ayon kay Locsin bilang tugon sa tweet ni Senador Antonio Trillanes.
“The Maritime Safety Committee of the IMO (international Maritime Organization) is it; but, Sonny, that I will proceed on the merits of the case and what it calls for while the matter is studied by the IMO,” dagdag pa.
Thanks, meanwhile I fired off a diplomatic protest yesterday. The Maritime Safety Committee of the IMO is it; but, Sonny, that I will proceed on the merits of the case and what it calls for while the matter is studied by the IMO. Even our ally failed us in Scarborough, remember? https://t.co/IUbxiv1rRs

Col. Stephen Penetrante na tila hit and run ang nangyaring insidente.
“After the collision, the Chinese vessel immediately umalis, tumakas, parang hit and run,” ayon kay Penetrante.
