Babaeng kadete mula sa Isabela, nanguna sa PMA ‘Masidlawin Class’ 2020

Nanguna para sa Philippine Military Academy “MASIDLAWIN Class” (Mandirigmang Isinilang na may Dangal at Lakas Upang Maging Tanglaw ng Inang Bayan) ng taong 2020 si Cadet First Class Gemalyn Sugui mula sa probinsya ng Isabela.

Bumida si Sugui sa 196 graduates ng PMA at paparangalan ng Presidential Saber, Achievement Award for Academic Excellence, JUSMAG Award, the Philippine Army Saber, Spanish Armed Forces Award, Social Sciences Plaque, Management Plaque at Rule of Law Award.

Gaganapin ang PMA graduation rites ngayong Biyernes ngunit hindi isasapubliko dahil sa COVID-19 pandemic.

“I believe this is a necessary decision in order to safeguard the health and general well-being of the CCAFP and the whole PMA community. As a parent, I know how heartbreaking and disappointing that decision is, but we have to do what is best for all. Safety and health are paramount at all times,” saad ni Vice Admiral Allan Cusi, PMA superintendent.

Inaasahan na sasabak si 25-year-old Sugui, anak ng isang magsasaka at public school teacher, sa Philippine Army.

May bilang na 172 male at 23 female cadets ang mamartsa sa PMA graduation rites ngayong taon.

7. Vanelyn Angel Tabao ng Tuguegarao City

8. June Giel Anne Factor ng Ilocos Norte

9. Rubenson Abgao ng Baroy, Lanao Del Norte

10. Dencel Aina Bayaca ng Pampanga
