Naka-livestream ang gagawing pagtalakay ng Kamara de Representantes sa mga itutulak na amyenda sa deliberasyon ng Budget Amendments Review Subcommittee (BARSc) para sa panukalang 2027 national budget.
Ayon kay House Secretary General Atty. Cheloy Velicaria-Garafil, ang BARSc ay opisyal na magsisimula ng mga pagdinig alas-1 ng hapon ngayong Oktubre 1. Ito ay pagpapatuloy umano ng nakagawian ng Kamara na bigyan ang publiko ng direktang access sa mga talakayan tungkol sa mga panukalang amyenda sa budget.
“As in the previous year, all official BARSc proceedings will be livestreamed to ensure transparency and public access,” sabi ni Garafil sa isang pahayag.
“All amendments approved over the course of the deliberations will be shown line by line for the perusal of the public,” dagdag pa nito.
Hinimok din ni Garafil ang mga mamamahayag na nagko-cover sa Kamara at pambansang budget na subaybayan online ang mga pagdinig at panatilihing updated ang publiko sa mga talakayan.
“Members of the media are encouraged to monitor the livestream and cover the proceedings online to keep the public informed of the discussions and developments,” sabi ni Garafil.
