Manases “Mans” Carpio.

“Based on the record I have, it’s not in the 2025 (SALN)—there’s nothing that matched the price and the place and the mode of acquisition that is indicated in the 2025 is construction and in the documents we have were deed of sale,” sabi ni Escudero.

“We did not find this particular property as one of the real properties declared because we checked it against all of the declarations of the Vice President,” dagdag niya.

Sabi ni Bacquel, “Court should take mandatory judicial notice of the geographical divisions in the Philippines that Matina Crossing is also known as Brgy 74A, na idineklara ni Duterte sa kanyang SALN.”

”The same was observed for another parcel of land supposedly acquired by Carpio in Matanos, Island Garden City of Samal, in Davao del Norte. Pineda said the records of the registry show that Carpio acquired the land on March 15, 2018 for P3.453-million, but upon checking Duterte’s SALN, he said nothing in the document “perfectly matches the DOAS (deed of absolute sale),” ani Escudero.

(Dindo Matining)
