Naging pattern na umano ng mga basher na kapag walang maisagot ang mga ito sa mga ebidensiya at testimonya ng mga witness na inihaharap ng prosecution panel ay inaatake na lamang ng mga ito nang personal ang mga prosecutor.
Ito ang obserbasyon umano ni lead prosecutor at Batangas Rep. Gerville Luistro kung saan pikinahuling inatake ng mga bashers si prosecutor at San Juan Rep. Ysabel Maria Zamora na itinoka sa mga baril ng mag-asawang sina Vice President Sara Duterte at Atty. Manases Carpio na hindi idineklara ng pangalawang pangulo sa kanyang Statement of Asset Liabilities and Networth (SALN).
“I think this is a pattern already among the bashers na since wala silang mai-argue about the strength of the testimony of the witness presented, masyado personal ‘yung attack against the prosecutors who presented,” ani Luistro.
Noong Lunes, ay ihinarap ng prosecution team sa witness stand si Philippine National Police – Firearms and Explosives Office (PNP-FEO) Records Division Chief Police Major Joericson Sangalang kung saan sa direct examination ni Zamora ay inamin nito may 52 baril ang mag-asawang Duterte na nakarehistro sa kanilang tanggapan.
Matapos ito ay pinutakte ng mga bashers si Zamora kung saan inatake ang kanyang pagkatao at pagkababae na hindi na ikinagulat ni Luistro dahil marami na aniya sa kanilang panig ang inatake mg mga bashers pagkatapos magpresenta ng kaso sa impeachment court laban kay Duterte.
“I’ve seen this when I did my presentation, ako ay inatake nila. I’ve seen this during Cong Chel Diokno presentation, I’ve seen this also during Atty (Lorna) Kapunan’s presentation and even during Atty. Virgil’s (Ligutan) presentation. I think all of us went through this tremendous bashing every time we stand on the podium,” ani Luistro.
“And it’s not fair. It’s not fair. Sapagkat. ang mga prosecutors po, they study very well their case.
They prepared very well how they will present their witnesses. And it’s not fair that instead of focusing on what was established, the arguments that were raised, the testimony that was elicited from the witness. It’s not fair, after hard work, they will be focusing on minor nonsense things which are not even true,” paliwanag pa ni Luistro.
Tumanggi si Luistro kung saan grupo galing ang kanilang mga bashers na tinawag nitong “bsaseless” at “ruthless”, subalit posibleng may ideya na aniya ang sambayanang Pilipino kung sino ang mga ito. (Bernard Taguinod)
