An Intimate Concert Series’ ngayong November 6 and 7 sa Music Museum.

“My mom introduced me to musicals when I was very young. Lumaki ako watching The Sound of Music and West Side Story,” sabi ni Ice.

“I was taking voice lessons at the UP College of Music when I was seven. I sang ‘Part of Your World’ from The Little Mermaid at my recital. Pang-Disney princess ang song choice ko noon!” natatawang pagbabalik tanaw pa ni Ice.

At yes, ang kanyang first stage production ay ‘Little Shop of Horrors’ with Repertory Philippines. At nasundan `yon ng ‘The Wiz’, also with Repertory Philippines, na kung saan ay gumanap siya bilang si Dorothy.

As he grew older, Ice continued performing in musical theatre, appearing in productions including ‘The Rocky Horror Show’, ‘Avenue Q’, and ‘Rock of Ages’.

“I started as a performer, and music became such an important part of my life. But musical theatre has always been special to me because I get to do both,” sabi pa rin ni Ice.

“Hindi lang siya tungkol sa pagkanta. You have to know what the character wants, what the song means, and why that moment

Matters,” dugtong na chika pa ni Ice.

And for its first live installment, he turns to songs from Broadway musicals and Disney films: music filled with characters searching for love, courage, belonging, and the freedom to become themselves.

These may be songs audiences already know, but the concert offers a chance to hear them through Ice’ own voice and perspective.

“These songs shaped me growing up—as a singer, an actor, and a person,” saad pa rin ni Ice.

“I’m excited to sing them now as the person I’ve become,” sabi pa ni Ice.

Well, ang ‘Ice Sings! An Intimate Concert Series — Part I: Broadway &

Disney’ ay handog ng Fire & Ice LIVE, at mapapanood sa November 6 and 7, 2026, at 8:00 PM at the Music Museum.
