“For it to become a proper subject matter of a petition for certiorari in the Supreme Court, dapat justiciable na, hinog na, ripe na iyong question,” sabi ni Luistro sa isang press conference nitong Huwebes.

“We believe that this actual injury will be sustained only when the vote will be cast first,” sabi ng lady solon.

“Karapatan po ng bawat Pilipino to avail of the remedies available, especially in the Supreme Court,” sabi ni Luistro. “No one can stop them, and even the prosecution should not stop them.”

“Her allies would want to go to the Supreme Court like what they did before. They’re free to go there,” sabi ni Ridon. “We will wait for that petition. (Billy Begas)
