Kahit binasura na kaso: Vivamax star hindi tatantanan si Barbie Imperial!
Mukhang hindi pa tapos ang bangayan sa pagitan nina Barbie Imperial at Vivamax star Debbie Garcia.
Ito’y matapos na maglabas ng pahayag ang abogado ni Debbie na hindi pa raw nila natatanggap ang resolusyon na inilabas ng piskalya hinggil sa tatlong kaso na isinampa laban kay Barbie.
Ayon kay Atty. Catherine Amen, ang alam nila ay under review pa ang naturang kaso ng prosecutor.
Isa pa sa pinunto ng abogado ay hindi raw nagtutungo sa mga hearing si Barbie sa preliminary investigation ng kaso.
“What we are actually waiting for is an Order on the undated Motion to Reopen the Case filed by Ms. Imperial since the case was already submitted for resolution without her filing any responsive pleading. She filed said motion so she can file her Counter-Affidavit which she did not file when subpoenaed to do so,” ayon sa statement ng kampo ni Debbie.
“As a matter of fact, Ms. Imperial failed to attend any hearing during the preliminary investigation of this case before the Investigating Prosecutor,” lahad pa.
Kung sakali man daw na idinismiss nga talaga ng prosecutor ang reklamo ni Garcia ay maghahain sila ng apela para maituloy pa rin ang kaso.
Naniniwala ang abogado ni Debbie na may sapat silang ebidensya para matuloy ang kaso laban kay Barbie.
“We know we have a strong case against Ms. Imperial based on the testimonial and object evidence we submitted to the investigating prosecutor. We have third persons who willingly testified as to the truth of the incident, we also have 2 CCTV footages covering two separate instances of Ms. Imperial’s infractions,” saad pa.
Matatandaan na nagkaroon umano ng bangayan ang dalawang aktres sa isang bar sa Quezon City, kung saan sinabi ni Debbie na sinipa at kinalmot umano siya ni Barbie. (RP)
