Tinalakan ni Bubbles Paraiso ang AirAsia matapos ma-damage ang kanyang bisikleta.

Sa kanyang IG page ay shinare ni Bubbles ang bahagi ng bisikleta niyang nasira dahil sa “mishandling”.

“Can’t believe but I’m gonna rant here. Last night as my plane landed I watched on the screen as the ground staff of air asia mishandled my bike bag despite the fragile stickers,” anang aktres sa Instagram post.

“There is a reason for a door way for oversized baggage but they tried to put it on the belt forcibly and baliktad before someone told them to roll it. I got home late so I waited til today to unpack.

“My bike is 2 weeks old and this is what happened to the fork when I opened my bike bag.

“Fly Air Asia PH WTF!!!” dagdag niya.

Sa kanyang update, sinabi ni Bubbles na naresolba na ang kanyang hinaing at nangako raw ang airline na papalitan ang nasirang bisikleta niya.

“Grateful that it was resolved quickly, and that the company reps immediately found my number, investigated, apologized and compensated what needed to be, all within 24 hrs. That’s actually amazing,” aniya. (IS)
