Pupunta ang award-winning black comedy-drama na “The White Lotus” Season 3 sa Thailand, ayon sa Variety.

Naiulat din na ang series creator nito na si Mike White at ang kanyang team ay pupunta roon dahil sa potensyal na “filming sites.”

“Given that the first two seasons were shot at Four Seasons resorts in Hawaii and Italy, respectively, there is a big chance that the production for the upcoming season will be at one of the four properties of the hotel giant, which are in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Koh Samui and the Golden Triangle,” ayon sa isang ulat.

Matatandaan noong Pebrero ay sinabi ng executive producer David Bernad sa Deadline na umiisip sila sa The White Lotus sa Asya.

“We’ve tried to work in Asia a lot and hopefully season three will be our chance to make something happen there,” saad niya.

“The first season we highlighted money and then the second season is sex and I think the third season, it would be maybe a kind of satirical and funny look at death in Eastern religion and spirituality — it feels like it could be a rich tapestry to do another round at White Lotus,” dagdag pa niya.
