Ibinasura ng Taguig Regional Trial Court Branch 69 ang inihaing motion to reverse bail grant ni Deniece Cornejo laban kay Vhong Navarro.

Dinismis ni Presiding Judge Loralie Datahan ang mosyon ni Cornejo dahil sa kawalan ng merito.

Sinabi ng korte na ang paghahain ng mosyon ay walang conformity sa Office of the City Prosecutor ng Taguig City.

“In this case, there is no conformity from the public prosecutor. This circumstance was not denied by the private respondent. Private respondent merely claimed that the Office of the Prosecutor did not object to the filing of the Motion to Reconsider,” saad ng korte.

Nitong Disyembre 2022, pinayagan ng korte si Navarro na magpiyansa ng P1 milyon para pansamantalang makalaya habang dinidinig ang kaso niyang rape. (IS)
