Maaaring ipitin ang sahod o maski tanggalin sa trabaho ng mga establisyimentong nag-aalok ng dine-in o in-person service ang mga tauhan nitong hindi bakunado laban sa coronavirus, ayon kay Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III.

Aniya, batay sa guidelines ng IATF, may ilang establisyimento na exempted sa mga polisiya na “no vaccine, no work” at “no vaccine, no pay”.

Ani Bello, hindi man mandatory ang pagpapabakuna ng mga empleyado, nire-require sa IATF resolution na lahat ng trabahante ng mga establisyimento na dine-in o in-person services ay dapat fully vaccinated na kontra virus.

Ang legal na basehan aniya ng mga restaurant at spa, at iba pang katulad na establisyimento ay ang resolusyon ng IATF.

“There is no legal basis for mandatory vaccination for all workers. The IATF resolution is only for some establishments like restaurants and spas. They were allowed to offer dine-in services or in-person services provided that employees are vaccinated,” pahayag ni Bello sa Inquirer report.
